Porsche has pulled back the curtain on the inside of its first all-electric Cayenne, set to arrive as a 2026 model. The battery-powered SUV keeps the sporty feel of the regular Cayenne but adds a high-tech twist with a dashboard full of screens and new ways to set the mood inside. This reveal gives a sneak peek at what could be the most advanced cabin Porsche has ever built, blending sharp looks with easy-to-use tech for drivers and passengers. The full car will show up later this year, with sales starting in 2026.
The star of the show is the Flow Display, the biggest screen setup Porsche has ever put in a car. It curves smoothly across the front dash, made from two main OLED screens that bend to fit the shape. The driver’s side has a 14.25-inch display that shows speed, maps, and helpful alerts like battery level or road signs. In the middle sits a 12.9-inch screen for music, climate control, and phone calls.
If you pick the optional setup, the front passenger gets their own 14.9-inch screen too, turning the dash into a wall of four displays that wrap around everyone up front. Air vents sit neatly above and on the sides, keeping the view clear while blowing cool or warm air just right.
What makes the cabin special are the Mood Modes, a fresh feature that lets you change the whole feel of the inside with a tap. These settings mix lights, sounds, temperature, and even seat positions to match your drive—calm and relaxing for a long trip, or lively and focused for a quick twisty road.
The lights can shift colors around the doors and dash, the speakers play just the right tunes, and the seats adjust or warm up to fit the vibe. It’s like picking a scene from a movie, but for your car ride. Back seats slide and tilt electrically as standard, so you can stretch out or make room for bags, and there’s even heating on the seats, arms, and door sides for cozy comfort.
The cabin mixes old-school touches with new tech too. The steering wheel has three spokes with real buttons for quick controls, and you can still use knobs for volume or fan speed if screens aren’t your thing. A smart voice helper listens to full sentences—like “warm up the seats and find a charge spot”—without needing wake words every time.
It works with your phone or watch as a key, and shares access with up to seven friends. Plus, streaming apps and games keep passengers busy on long hauls.
Porsche offers lots of ways to make it yours, with 13 color choices inside, five accent packs, and options like cloth seats instead of leather. A huge sliding glass roof lets in more sky than before, and the whole space feels roomy for five people with plenty of spots for gear.
A Porsche spokesperson said: “The Cayenne Electric turns the inside into a place you want to stay, mixing our love for driving with smart comforts.” This electric version joins the gas and hybrid Cayennes but stands out with its focus on battery power and fresh cabin tricks.
If you dream of a luxury SUV that’s quiet, quick, and full of surprises, the 2026 Cayenne Electric looks like a winner. More details on speed and range will drop soon—stay tuned for the full reveal!
