Audi has officially opened bookings for the upcoming Audi SQ8 performance SUV in India ahead of its launch scheduled for March 17, 2026. Customers can reserve the vehicle with an initial booking amount of Rs 5,00,000 through the Audi India website or the myAudi Connect application.
Positioned within Audi’s Q lineup as a performance-oriented coupe SUV, the SQ8 combines sporty styling, a powerful V8 engine, and advanced technology. With bookings now underway, the model is expected to strengthen Audi’s presence in India’s premium performance SUV segment.
Audi SQ8: Powertrain and Performance
The Audi SQ8 is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 TFSI engine that produces 500 hp and 770 Nm of torque. The SUV can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds, while the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
Power is delivered through Audi’s quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The SUV also features adaptive air suspension sport and all-wheel steering, which help improve handling, agility, and ride comfort.

The Audi SQ8 features a coupe-style SUV silhouette with several performance-focused design elements. The front fascia is highlighted by a single-frame honeycomb grille finished in dark accents, along with sharp LED headlamps.
